I love finding out about people and my latest interview feature explores the things that hold special memories for chefs or culinary personalities especially with regards to cooking and kitchen work.
For my first interview, Sarah Wasserman from Mildred's Restaurant in London shared some of her Epicurean Mementos with me and it was a lovely insight into how she trained and how she cooks on a daily basis.
